The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification recommended for practice staff working in or seeking to work in a leadership role providing guidance, support and leadership to others.

Job roles can include some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team and applying solutions to problems.

Self-paced learning is the ideal model to achieve this qualification. Participants receive an individual learning guide in electronic format for each unit of competency which is completed at their own pace online. Participants have a dedicated trainer, who is contactable by telephone or email to support the learning process.
